[How to make]
1. First, put 40g of room temperature butter, 40g of granulated sugar and 1 egg yolk in a container and mix well
2.Pour 100g of flour into sieve and mix well.
3. Pack the dough into a muffin mold top 5cm bottom 3cm. Preheat oven 180 degrees 13 minutes Bake at room temperature
4. Insert 94g of strawberry chocolate into a heat-resistant container, add 45ml of fresh cream and roast in hot water to dissolve.
5.Pour the raw chocolate and cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours to complete

バター 40g
グラニュー糖 40g
卵黄1個
薄力粉 100g
生クリーム 45ml
ストロベリーチョコレート 94g
【作り方】
1.まずは容器に室温バター40g、グラニュー糖40g、卵黄1個を入れよく混ぜます
2.薄力粉100gを篩にかけながら入れよく混ぜます一塊りにしておきます
3.マフィン型天面5cm底3cmの型に生地を詰めます。予熱したオーブン180度13分焼き室温に置いておきます
4.耐熱容器にストロベリーチョコ94gを割り入れ生クリーム45mlも入れ湯煎ししっかり溶かします
5.生チョコを流し込み冷蔵庫で3時間冷やして完成です
